Hello everyone! I am new to asking for help and aid but as I am the sole provider of my household to a wonderful wife and 4 children, 2 of which are still minors reliant or me to provide, it is a decision I have made to reach out in the interest of my family. I have recently been diagnosed with Congestive heart failure with signs of bruising on the heart. I will be under going a major triple, possible quad, bypass surgery in the next week. My wife will have to be a sole care taker for me during this recovery and I will not be able to work. Expenses will go up and income will go down.
