Hello all!

I hate to be asking for help, but I have found myself in a bit of a pickle. Trigger warning: DV CSA

My kids and I have escaped a domestic violence situation in which I am left scrambling to find work so that we don’t lose our housing.

Looking at all of the bills we have, I am not sure he was even paying them as I am left with over a thousand dollars in toll taxes to get the registration up to date to be able to do deliveries.

I am still healing from a serious knee injury that was caused by him, which would make a service job difficult, but I still haven’t gotten any callbacks for the applications I’ve filled out.

When letting my 13-year-old know that I was planning on filing the RO against my partner, they informed me that he had sent them inappropriate messages and had also touched them inappropriately.

Due to the delay with law enforcement processing the restraining order that was filed, the only two household members who are still here who were working haven’t been able to go back to work.

We are asking for assistance to help clear up our balances on our bills and stay afloat while we get our jobs sorted out.

Thankfully, we are safe for now.
