My childhood home had a pretty serious fire, and because of it, my family has lost almost everything. My brothers lost all of their toys and clothes, as well as my mother, stepfather, myself, and my significant other lost the majority of our belongings. Basically, anything that isn’t metal most likely won’t be salvageable.

Worst of all, my family will be living in a hotel for the next 4-6 months (according to the insurance agency) while all the damages are quoted. Until then, it’s going to be difficult for them.
