Hi, my name is Dianne, I'm fundraising for my sister-law Valerie Nicholson-Brown. Valerie is a prep school teacher in Kingston, Jamaica. A devout Christian who is an elder in her SDA church. A lump was discovered in her breast, last September, unfortunately it was cancer. She suffered a massive heart attack and was successfully resuscitated. In Jamaica, the doctors will not perform her mastectomy unless she has an AICD (automatic internal cardiac defibrillator). They are afraid that she may have another event.
