Help save Sheila Jessee-Hendricks

Hey everyone. My younger sister, Sheila has a aneurysm in a major vein in her neck. Normally the Dr would just give blood thinners or other means to shrink it but hers so large she has to have surgery. She needs the surgery NOW but Dr's here or Iowa city won't take her insurance! So now they are looking in Chicago! In the meantime that aneurysm could burst any minute. We know that there isnt anytime to waist and we should just get the surgery done without insurance, so she can live. we would greatly appreciate any help you can give.
