Help Ryan Get This Beach Wheelchair

Hi, for those of you that do not know me, my name is Ryan Kerley, I am 19 years old and I graduated from Astronaut High School this year as a part of the Class of 2014! As the summer goes by I contemplate how all my friends are going to the beach, having fun in the sun, and how I live only 30 minutes from the beach and I cannot go because I cannot get out onto the sand… You see I was born with the crippling birth defect known as Spina Bifida, a disease where the spinal cord does not fully form, usually towards the base of the spinal cord. My doctors told my parents that I would live my entire life in a wheelchair… They were wrong. For the first 15 years of my life I was able to walk with the help of continuous therapy and foot and leg braces. But after my freshman year in high school I lost my ability to walk after a surgery on my spinal cord that I just never fully recovered from… My entire life I have developed a fighter’s spirit and have told myself that I will not, not ever, let my disability keep me from doing what I want to do. And I want to go to the beach and enjoy summer with my friends! But I cannot do that in some cases. In this case a beach wheelchair. The Sand Rider is the perfect fit for me and will bless me tremendously. With this wheelchair I will be able to wheel myself around on my own, roll comfortably across the sand with the big wheels, rest easy with the arm rests, carry a drink and umbrella in the attached holders, stop the chair with the parking break, be safe with the accompanying seat belt (if needed), and cruise around in style in the digital camo upholstery and frame. This Sand Rider beach wheelchair is even perfect for other terrains besides the sand of the beach! It is also perfectly engineered to be light and durable and easy to push even in deep sand, dirt, and even snow! These means that I could not only go to the beach in this wheelchair, but I could also roll around off-road in the woods and parks.
