Nikki is a hardworking mom who is often the sole support system for her disabled daughter, Lily. Lily is a fantastic 18-year-old woman with a great sense of humor and her mom’s bravery and is confined to a wheelchair due to a diagnosis of Spina Bifida.

After a rough few years and hard hits, Nikki's credit score has suffered to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. Nikki scored a great job in the last six months and started paying down debt. However, they recently learned that their landlord is selling their home.

With 30 days to find a new place to live in a county where there are no new rentals, along with the desperate need for a wheelchair-accessible van to help Lily get around, they are in dire need of financial help.

We are looking to raise money to help with a down payment on a new home, help with buying a van to get Lily around, and hopefully a bonus of a small nest egg, so they don't need to worry about how to put food on the table in the middle of this global crisis. A van costs roughly $30,000 and a down payment to get into a new home.

There is no one more deserving of help, as Nikki is always the first to give the shirt off her back, send help to friends in need, and the last to back down when she feels someone needs someone to stand by them. She is a true friend, a wonderful parent, and best of all – Nikki is a beautiful soul.

As much as we wish we could gift her the funds ourselves, we are unable to do so, and therefore reaching out to the general public because we know in our hearts that Nikki and Lily are both worth it.
