Meet Desi!
Desi was relinquished by his owner in Alabama and transported to safety at Almost Home Foundation on 3/25.
He was happy, interactive and excited to meet everyone!
However later that night, things changed when he began vomitting constantly. After being rushed to the vet, it was discoverd he was suffering from several complications due to complications from diabetes that wasn't being treated properly.
Desi is now on his way to an emergency vet to undergo testing and treatment to save his life. He will need 24 hour monitoring and care as well as expensive medications and food.
