vet bills for Gunner

On June 14th my brother's 3 yr old yellow lab, Gunner, got out of his yard through a loose board and was shot by a Richmond, GA deputy.  The deputy claims Gunner charged at him.  Gunner is NOT a vicious dog and has never bit anyone.  Gunner is expected to recover but will have permanent paralysis on the left side of his face.  If you are able to help with Gunner's vet bill it would be greatly appreciated!!
