Many of you know my brother Ben. He's a great guy with a big heart, and he's willing to help anyone, especially those whom he considers family and friends. And if you know him, you know he would never ask for help, but he needs all of our help right now.

He has contracted gangrene, and if you just enter that term into your favorite search engine, you'll learn all you need to know, just don't look at the pictures. It is an absolutely horrible disease, and those who get it are scarred for life. He is in the hospital now, and the professionals there are taking care of him and getting rid of the infection, but he will have several weeks of after care when he is released, and mounting medical bills. For the first 6 weeks or so, he will need daily in-home care, and that is very expensive.

He has a large family, and we will do what we can, but we can't do it alone. If he doesn't get the care he needs, his infection could return, and worse, he could die. Please give if you can, any little bit helps. Thank you.
