Carol and I have no direct ties to Ukraine, nevertheless the tragedy of the war that has unfolded there in recent weeks breaks our hearts. We feel compelled to try to do something to help the people there who are suffering through this ongoing tragedy. We are asking your help to raise money for Samaritan’s Purse (www.samaritanspurse.org), a well respected Christian charity that is doing wonderful work on the ground in Ukraine. 100% of your donation through this gofundme site will be passed along to Samaritan’s Purse. And to encourage all of you even more, we will be matching dollar-for-dollar all donations given through this site (up to $50,000 cumulatively), making your generous gift go twice as far.
