Soy J.J. Mali, un músico de folk español-inglés en el camino de crear mi próximo álbum, Agua Viva, un trabajo de 10 canciones que, por primera vez, incluirá canciones con letras en castellano. La música siempre ha sido mi forma de conectar con el mundo, y este proyecto es el más personal que he hecho hasta ahora.

Crear un álbum es un trabajo de amor, pero también conlleva desafíos: tiempo de estudio, mezcla, masterización, maquetación, trabajos visuales y más. Este álbum va a estar producido por un peso pesado, Gonzalo Lasheras (Jorge Drexler, Iván Ferreiro, Faneka, entre otros).

Hello, friends and music lovers!

I’m J.J. Mali, a Spanish-English folk musician on a journey to create my next album, Agua Viva. This project consists of 10 songs and, for the first time, will include tracks with lyrics in Spanish. Music has always been my way of connecting with the world, and this album is the most personal work I’ve ever done.

Creating an album is a labor of love, but it also comes with its challenges: studio time, mixing, mastering, layout, visuals, and more. This album will be produced by a heavyweight in the music industry, Gonzalo Lasheras (known for working with Jorge Drexler, Iván Ferreiro, Faneka, among others). His expertise, combined with my vision, will make Agua Viva an unforgettable piece of art.
