This fundraiser is to support our family member Rebecca Williams, and her boys, as she recovers from a horrific accident.

 

Rebecca and the boys were with friends at the Oregon Coast for the July 4th weekend. This is a place Rebecca deeply loves and she was so happy to have her toes in the sand.

 

This joyful time was cut short when a driver in a large van lost consciousness and plowed into Rebecca, her friends, campsite, cars...

 

Rebecca was air transported to a nearby trauma center with multiple broken bones and organ damage. The road to recovery will be many, many months long. Rebecca is still hospitalized and we will provide updates as they are available. Our hope is to have her home as soon as possible.

 

Every dollar will be used to support Rebecca's recovery and help her boys during this challenging time.
The funds will be utilized to pay medical expenses not covered by insurance, bills that still must be paid, and to help Rebecca's boys maintain their activities. The family will work together to manage all donations until Rebecca is able to take over, we hope this is very soon.

We are an interesting blended family. I am Rebecca's stepmom and with the rest of the family we are working together to support her recovery.

I will be with Rebecca from the 6th through the 11th and will provide updates when possible. Will likely be back for shift #2 after a week at home.
None of the donated funds will be used to cover expenses for me and/or other family members to be on-site with Rebecca.
