Guatemala Surgical Mission Trip

I'm excited to share that I’ve been given the opportunity to return to Guatemala doing total knee replacements on another orthopedic surgical mission trip this year! It deeply changed my life when I joined the team last year!

Alongside a dedicated group of coworkers and friends, I’ll be volunteering my time and skills to help provide essential surgical care to individuals in underserved communities; people who would otherwise have little to no access to these lifechanging procedures. The impact we’re able to make in just one week is truly humbling, and I’m so honored to be part of it again!

This year is especially meaningful, as it comes just four weeks before I graduate from nursing school, a journey that has stretched me in every way possible. While I’m deeply committed to going, the financial challenge of balancing school, clinicals, and preparing for graduation has certainly made it difficult to cover the cost of this trip.
