Hello everyone. I want to give everyone an update on Rylan's condition and get this page shared again as the Taylor's life is about to change for the next year and the support would be greatly appreciated!
Rylan has recently been diagnosed with IPEX syndrome which means his immune system is attacking his organs and tissues. He will be travelling to Montreal on September 9th for a stem cell transplant. With the transplant he has a 90% chance of being cured. However after the stem cell transplant he will be hospitalized for 100 days and the Taylor's will have to live out of Halifax for a period of time after wards before being able to come home with many frequent Halifax trips for the remainder of the year upon their return to Cape Breton. This leaves them unable to work and with bills, travel, hotel fare, travel fare, an apartment with bills and rent while they live in Halifax, and just everyday living they could use all the help we can give.
