AGRICULTURE IS KEY TO AFRICA'S TRANSFORMATION” President Kagame

Contestant number 5 of the Housemates Salone season 3 edition, Alice Hannah Kanjia has touched down in Sierra Leone from the US not just to contest and win the HMSL3 show but also to put words into action regarding Agriculture and Connectivity.

The CEO of TeamNetwork believes agriculture will make Sierra Leone a better nation, and there is encouraging government and development partners to make farming sexy and encourage young and able-bodied citizens to jump into the pond to achieve the food sufficiency goal.

She commends the Youth in Farming Project at the Ministry of Youth Affairs and thinks the Ministry must not just focus on young people in the provinces as the bulk of the youth population are living in urban towns and cities unemployed.

Straight out from the US, Miss Kanjia has visited her farms in Kambia and Port Loko districts to keep up with her workers. She enjoys the farm work herself and thinks it is a blessing to cultivate food to feed her home country. She will be going into the Housemates Salone Season 3 House with her brand #TeamNetwork to put out her messages on Agriculture and networking. When she emerges winner of the show, she will support young farmers and employ more to follow her dreams.
