A Home for Christmas

This is for my incredible sister, Miriah and my stellar nephew, Jacob. Jacob has Cystic Fibrosis and has spent  at least 50% of his life in the hospital. Now that he's 18, they don't qualify for the affordable housing they've been in for the past 11 years. Their landlord evicted them with short notice (so that he can charge higher rent), and they need to find a new place to live within the next 2 weeks, before Christmas!

Miriah is a single Mom, and works incredibly hard as a chef, but with these new circumstances can't see how to make ends meet. Jacob is unable to hold a job because of his medical condition.

It's my hope to shower them with Christmas cheer and help them with the expenses of moving, and higher cost of rent they are facing right now. It would be even cooler if we could raise enough to help toward a down payment for them to buy a used mobile home which would be smaller monthly payments. As of yet, they still haven't found a place that will work within their price range to rent or buy.

If we can give them the extra boost they need to get through the first few months, it would mean a great deal to them and our whole family!
