Aglio E Olio - Our Neighborhood Favorite

Hello Mad Valley Peeps and Lovers of Aglio e Olio-

If you have been on Nextdoor, you are likely aware of the recent robbery at Aglio e Olio. This neighborhood favorite Italian restaurant was also victim to a fire that started in the adjacent Madison Dry Cleaners space earlier this year. The GOOD news is that insurance will be covering the restoration of the building and our beloved Tricia and Rob will be returning to spoil us with their fabulous homemade Italian grub (which in my humble opinion, is hands down the best in the city). The bad news is that they have *so far* been broken into twice. You can see that the place is boarded up and locked but thieves always seem to find a way. These robbery's have included cash, tablecloths, their cash register, miscellaneous inventory items, and anything of value that the thieves could grab. These incidents are covered under insurance but there is a $1,000 deductible for EACH incident and the math does not pencil out to file a claim. So, let's band together and be stewards of our community to lend a financial hand so these guys will be ready to go when the building is ready for them! Any donation is appreciated and I for one CANNOT WAIT to have a seat and order the chef's choice dinner as soon as they are back!
