Wilderness First Responder Course

Hi there,

My name is Anna, and I'm a critical care nurse with a thirst for adventure and the outdoors. This year I have decided I'd like to connect those two things and pursue a Wilderness First Responder Course designed for healthcare professionals. The Wilderness Module at the Nantahala Outdoor Center in Bryson City, NC, is for medical professionals who want to learn how to provide high-quality patient care in remote locations and challenging situations. This special education will be helpful on personal expeditions, and it will broaden the nursing skills I can provide others along the way.
