In what are unprecedented times for us all, Aghamore GAA Club would like to support front line workers working in our local nursing homes and protect our elderly family and friends living in these nursing homes. Along with ourselves we would like to fundraise for the 3 nursing homes in our parish; Ava Maria Tooreen, Sonas Knock and Queen of Peace Knock. We hope this will help the nursing homes purchase much needed Personnel Protective Equipment to ensure safety for all.

To this effect on Saturday 2nd May 2020, 26 players and members will run a mile backwards individually, each within their own 2km restricted distance from their homes. Details of the individual runs will be posted on our Facebook page.
