I have a post on our thread from yesterday that answers a lot of questions. I started 2-1-17 scratch and it took me a little while to catch on. Some of the people  that said I should put this on here know am a bit ashamed to ask, Marines don't ask for help. I fixed 2 things last month at the advice of a fellow agent and I am at 22K in new premium on the old ADB contract. I just have to make it past this hurdle.I hired new staff and retrained and it worked. I just need to not loose my space. If you contribute $$ please do but I also appreciate the encouragement you all have shown so far. Thanks
