My sister Melissa (Mel) is facing some serious health challenges and needs our help. Mel is currently in hospital at the U of A waiting on results for what we anticipate to be a life altering diagnosis. This on top of MS which she was diagnosed with a number of years ago. Due to her current situation and what we expect to be a significant amount of time away from work while she undergoes treatment, she would benefit from any assistance her friends/family could provide.

Mel is the single mom of 2 wonderful daughters Ella and Georgia who are both university students. She is the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back to help friends and strangers alike. I am now asking for help to ease her financial burden as she faces this next battle. I can assure you that she will pay your kindness forward once she beats this! If you are unable to support this fundraiser, I would just ask for prayers for Mel to whatever higher power you may believe in.
