Help Us Kick Cancers Butt!!

To know my sister Leeann is to be So blessed, she is an Amazing Human , Mama, Wife, and Sister! Her and her husband Nick are the first ones to jump up and help when someone else is in need, with anything, with no questions asked. Now it is our time to help her and her family!

In the last two weeks their whole world has been flipped upside down. LeeAnn has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Currently awaiting more test results to determine potentially stage 4. She will be starting chemo immediately, over the next 18 weeks, minimum and potentially a year of treatment. We will wait anxiously to find out if a mastectomy or double mastectomy will be necessary during this time. As you can imagine this is an incredible burden for anyone to have to endure. I'm creating this page to help my brother and sister continue to support their two beautiful children and mother that live with them. As you can imagine lots of medical bills are already starting to pile up, with a $6,000 deductible to be paid before insurance covers anything and another $6,000 after the new year starts for insurance. On top of that, of course the regular bills don't stop coming. Unfortunately my sister doesn't qualify for short term disability at this time but will be missing a lot of work due to her focusing on kicking Cancer's ass! She will be trying to continue to work as much as her body allows. Her sweet husband will also be beside her along the way causing him to miss time at work as well. I ask that all of us band together and help them be able to focus on being there for each other, and being able to fight this terrible cancer and know that their home and their children and their bills are taking care of! I will be posting updates along the way of her journey to keep all of you informed of her amazing progress. No donation is too small to help this wonderful family in their time of need.
