PHREEQC Users
PHREEQCUsers.org aims to provide a much-needed discussion space for geochemists of all experience levels to share ideas and experiences using the PHREEQC code.
Why is PhreeqcUsers.org needed?
Many geochemists worldwide use PHREEQC for practical purposes such as assessing the treatment of acid rock drainage or irrigation water studies. PhreeqcUsers.org is a dedicated place where they can share their experience and knowledge, collaborate, and discuss input scripts or modelling strategies. Before the inception of this forum, there were limited options for online discussion and fostering user interaction.
Our progress to date
Since the launch of PhreeqcUsers.org in March 2014, nearly 2050 members have joined the discussion forum and created over 6000 posts on over 1400 topics. Some discussions have almost 20000 views.
Why we need your help
PhreeqcUsers is a self-funded non-profit initiative; we are raising funds to cover the costs of website and domain hosting and the time involved in maintaining and moderating the website. PhreeqcUsers has successfully brought together hundreds of geochemists and helped answer your questions, but we need your help to keep the forum going. Please consider donating; we can only continue with your support.
Please note that we did not develop the Phreeqc code. The USGS developed the code.
