Starting over after DV with nothing

Hi, my name is Jaime and my daughter Mackenzie is 8 1/2 years old. Throughout the past few years it has been extremely difficult for us. With the loss of my father in 2019 then Covid in 2020 and living with a person with a major gambling problem left me with a mental breakdown. I was slowing realizing that we are losing everything. For my own mental health I stopped working and started focusing on my family. But without my knowledge several months ago I found out the house is in foreclosure, the con Ed exceeds 14 grand and this led to term oil in the relationship with my daughters father. This past thanksgiving he became abusive and my daughter woke to see the abuse. As of now we have an order of protection. We are in the house but not long since the foreclosure is in the near future. The court systems don’t work. I’ve been trying for child support and emergency services for months. I have no way to pay bills but groceries or even save to move on with our lives. If things don’t improve I can honestly say we can become homeless. I’m asking anyone for any help to get us on the right track. We need to start over and I’m finally admitting I need help.
