On Friday November 20th at 3:30 am, Melissa and Tim Clark got a phone call that every parent prays they will never get. Their 21 year old daughter, Callie , was in a horrific head on collision. Unfortunately an elderly man suffering from a medical emergency entered the highway traveling in the wrong direction. The impact was so severe that it took an hour to rescue Callie from the crushed vehicle. Callie is now in a medically induced coma, on a ventilator and has severe swelling around her brain. The doctors at Penn Presbyterian are doing everything they can to heal her. Callie’s parents have taken time off of work to ensure that Callie has everything she needs.
