Hello everyone and thank you for taking time to check out this page, my name is Winter, and I am writing this to help fundraise for my grandparents.

On November 16th, a fire destroyed their life's work, and the only safe place all their rescue dogs have ever known. Kelly and Kevin own and operate The Dirty Dog Depot in Lexington, VA, and have for two decades. Not only have they spent their lives grooming, bathing, and boarding dogs for their clients, they also took in every single animal that was abandoned, surrendered, or wandered to them. The fire destroyed the entire grooming, feeding, and indoor dog area. Fortunately, the firefighters were able to limit damage to the surrounding area. Kevin was able to get every single dog out safely, and both him and Kelly made it out alive, and for that I am beyond grateful.Unfortunately though , they did not have fire insurance. I am fundraising in hopes of helping them in any way they need right now. My grandparents and their kennel have been an extremely important part of my life, and I am devastated my children will not get the same experience I did, but I am so blessed they will still get their great-grandparents.
