Afterlife expenses for Mary Snider

I have known Bailey and her family since I was 12 years old. Bailey and I met in 7th grade when she moved to Indianola and have been close friends since. As many of you know, Mary, Bailey’s mom, was recently diagnosed with cancer. In the last few days, Mary’s fight for her life became an internal fight to just be at peace and to not live in pain anymore.

Mary was an RN for over 25 years. She has nurtured babies from birth, cared for patients in the ICU, and spent most of her nursing career in the cardiology unit. Mary is the mother of two children, Bailey and Quinten, and a grandmother to six grandchildren, all of whom she adores. Mary has always been a free spirit, with a humble, but a fierce personality that she passed down to both of her children. Mary had her demons but was the best mother and grandmother she could be and loved vivaciously despite all her setbacks.

Mary also loved her some Lew. Growing up, it was always Mary and Lew. If you saw Lew, you saw Mary. If you saw Mary, you saw Lew.  It was always them, together. They have loved each other for over 27 years on Earth and will continue to do so until the end of time.

Last and certainly not least, Mary loved helping people in their times of need and their darkest moments. Now it is time that we pull together and do the same for Mary and her family.
