Hi! I’m Aaran McKenzie, writer and director of Afterglow, an independent feature film currently being made in Yorkshire.

Afterglow is a psychological horror about a banned drug that gives grieving people five more minutes with someone they’ve lost.

We’re already well into principal photography, making the film completely independently with an incredible cast and crew. Rather than waiting for permission or traditional studio backing, we decided to go against the grain and make the film ourselves.

Whether it’s £5, £20 or simply sharing the page, every bit of support helps us keep pushing the film forward and put as much of it as possible on screen.
