Hi, My name is Noel Palana, I'm fundraising to help the recent Typhon/ Earthquake hit the Philippines . Local name Opong and International name Bualoi . Cebu Province sustain more damage , while in Almeria Biliran Province, the whole town was flooded upto 1-2 meters. Tha main Water Resevoirs pipe line was damage , They need a clean water for dringking, food and supplies untill everything back to normal. Especially the community who live up the mountainside.

I was born and raised that place, Almeria Biliran Province, My father and 2 siblings lived there. And asked what ever I can help the most affected people who needed the most, like foods, rice , can goods ,noodles, clean bottled water for drinking.
