Most people who see this already know the background of this "saga." After discussions with my Cleveland transplant team and the transplant team here, there is no way around this. I HAVE to stay in Cleveland for the 3 months minimum, so here I am again asking for help .

This year alone, I have paid $10,000 in medical expenses. I have less than a month to come up with at least 2 months of rent somewhere down there. As for right now, I'm looking at extended stay hotels. NYS disability pays about $175 a week, which isn't going to cover staying there on top of my mortgage payments and other household bills I'm still going to have here. For the most part, bills at home will be covered. I'm looking for help with housing (approximately $1100/month) and food for 3 months after discharge. Can't forget to mention, by the time I'm released, my insurance will be restarting and then back to full price for medications, which I've done my research on, and one medication is going to be $1200/month.

I really tried to have my follow-up transplant care done here, but again, Cleveland won't allow it. Any little bit will help, and thank you in advance.
