Help Calvin & Laila Rebuild After Devastating House Fire

After more than 20 years of serving the community with a smile at Philly Pretzel Factory, our beloved coworker and friend Calvin is now facing an unimaginable hardship. Late last night, Calvin, his wife Laila, and their family lost everything in a devastating house fire. Thankfully, everyone who was home—including their beloved dog, who was miraculously found unharmed by firefighters 40 minutes later—made it out safely.

While their lives were spared, their home and everything in it are gone. Calvin and Laila are now facing the difficult task of starting over—without a home, clothing, or basic necessities.

Calvin has always shown up for his team and his community with dedication, kindness, and heart. Now it’s our turn to show up for him. Every donation will go directly to Calvin and Laila to help with emergency housing, food, clothing, and other essentials as they begin to rebuild their lives.
