On September 13th, 2025, our sister Stacey experienced the unimaginable—a devastating house fire that destroyed her home and took the lives of her two beloved dogs, Tink and Pixie. The emotional toll has been overwhelming, and while we’re grateful Stacey escaped with her life, she did sustain a few burns and is currently recovering from both the physical and emotional trauma of this tragedy.

This heartbreaking loss has turned Stacey’s world upside down. On top of grieving her pets and trying to heal, she is now facing the daunting reality of starting over from scratch.

While Stacey does have insurance, it will only cover a portion of the costs associated with rebuilding and replacing her belongings. There are many out-of-pocket expenses—such as depreciated value of personal property, immediate essentials needed, certain medical expenses, and unreimbursed property—that her insurance won’t cover. Meanwhile, mortgage payments and monthly bills continue, despite her home being uninhabitable.

We started this GoFundMe to help alleviate the immediate financial burden and prepare for the long road ahead, to give Stacey the breathing room she needs to focus on healing and rebuilding. Every donation—no matter the amount—makes a meaningful difference and is deeply appreciated.
