Taryn (Starks) Maxwell was a beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, and member of our family. She passed away just a few days ago from metastatic Melanoma that spread to her lungs. Despite only receiving two treatments, the effects were so severe that her organs failed rapidly. We had just three weeks with her before she was intubated and placed on a ventilator, leaving us little time to prepare for the heartbreaking loss.
Taryn lived in Michigan, while most of her family and friends are in Arizona and Florida. This distance has made the after-death care more challenging, both emotionally and financially. The costs for funeral services and after-death care were unexpected, and we are struggling to manage these expenses from afar.
Any support you can offer during this difficult time means so much to our family. Your kindness will help us honor Taryn’s memory and bring her loved ones together to say goodbye. Thank you for being here for us.
