Medical Costs

I need help raising money for medical expenses related to my hypothyroidism, anemia, chronic migraines, and undiagnosed pain.  All of my money has been going towards caring for my son and monthly bills. I have three different medications I am supposed to take daily and have run out of refills for 2 of them. I don't have the money to go back to the two doctors and currently owe one doctor over $400 due to my medical insurance not covering anything until I cover $6,350 of medical visits and needs out of pocket. I've had to go to a church in my area for food as after being sick quite a lot recently my paychecks have been rather small. I've barely been able to make my phone and vehicle insurance bills and rent alone. I make just enough money to not qualify for food stamps. A DSS worker actually told me if I want food stamps I'd be better off working part-time for minimum wage. :( I refuse to give in and milk an already over burdened system when all I need is a little helping hand.
I am looking for help to cover the expenses of paying my current doctor bills, visit both my doctors (including blood tests), get refills for all 3 meds, get evaluated for the possibility of an ulcer, visit my eye doctor and update my glasses, visit my dentist, and a badly needed crown on a tooth that has been bothering me for a while.
