Africa Truckers for Kampala
Donation protected
Dr. Anne Merriman a Nobel Peace Prize nominee for her work in establishing simple and affordable pain control for African AIDS and Cancer patients is looking for help.
Founding Hospice Africa Uganda in 1993 following successful palliative care projects in SE Asia, Dr Anne has brought relief from the terrible final pain of death to thousands of African people. Hospice Africa Uganda is a model Hospice and University project worthy of your generous support and recognition.
There is also a school in Kampala, Uganda ran by a man called Joseph Cuminskey, Founder CEO at Uganda Hands for Hope, Uganda. They would really appreciate anything that you can donate to help buy supplies for the kids such as shoes and computers. Hands for hope Kampala has given access to primary education to hundreds of slum children in Kampala.
There are a group of people who are helping to donate several emergency vehicles such as fire trucks and ambulances to the Ugandan government by driving them from a port in Kenya. We hope that the stories along the journey can help to raise some money to help the charity.
0% of these funds will go to financially supporting the trip. All volunteers are 100% paying their own way.
All donations are really appreciated.
