Hello, My name is shai and I’m Rachel’s niece who’s had the honor of being able to care for her on her journey through life. It’s heavy hearted to have to confront this reality that her cancer has gotten to this point. Rachel did what Rachel does and she fought with that wild heart spirit she has and continues to everyday. Unfortunately her body is giving up on her, what has been done is all that can be done and I’m so blessed to be able to spend this time with her. Unfortunately with Rachel residing in Montana and taking a turn for the worse here in Pennsylvania her Montana coverage would only cover some things medically wise for her and her hospice and after death care arrangements are not that so we are creating a go fund me to raise what left of the money the family is having a hard time coming up with.
