Jay was an amazing son, husband, father and co-worker inside and out. The ones who had the chance to meet him wouldn't tell you other wise and would more then likely tell you a story about how they met. Unfortunately we are here in a position we never thought we would be in. We had to say goodbye sooner than we thought. He has touched so many peoples lives', more then we ever thought possible. Jay was loved and cherished by so many.
This Tuesday we lost him while he was on a business trip. Jay leaves behind his mother, father, sisters, brother, a wife, 3 kids and 2 grandchildren. The entire family is in despair. His death happened so sudden and sent shockwaves through everyone he knew. Where do we go now?
We ask for your help during this difficult time. All donations will go towards a memorial service in order to celebrate those he loved and those who knew him.
All donations will be received by his wife, Patricia. We would like to thank everyone who has been with us, reached out to us, and kept our family in your prayers. If you have any questions please contact me, his daughter, Erika Carrillo. We would like to give his wife and family the peace of mind during this very difficult time as we try to plan a memorial.
Patricia has asked to not receive flowers but donations instead.
