Of those of you who know Cindy, she is a pretty private person so some of you may not know that she has been fighting a battle against one of the most aggressive forms of breast cancer for the last four months. She also is not one to ask for help, however, she needs some financial help as she cannot work right now. Cindy started working outside sales about two years ago for a great company she loves, however, it is a small family owned company and although she does have insurance, she does not have short nor long term disability. She has been working during the first half of her treatments through the sickness and tiredness. A little over a week ago, she started her second round of chemo, called The Red Devil and boy does the name fit. It has left her so sick and so tired that she is unable to work. She spoke with the doctor and there is nothing they can do to help with the sickness and fatigue. In fact, he told her that she has almost no white blood cells and to stay inside as much as possible. As those of you in sales know, if you aren't working, you are not getting paid and she has spent thousands out of pocket for her deductibles, which has in turn, depleted her savings and with the new year coming up, the deductibles start all over. I know it's a tough time of year, but anything at all will help get her through these next four months, and we can have our healthy girl back.
