Help Jonathan Survive.

Hi I am Jonathan a 47 year old Cystic Fibrosis patient. I received a double lung transplant 10 years ago. For the past 10 years I have been maintaining decent health. This last September I had pneumonia, a fungal infection and intasuseption in my in bowels and gastroparisis. All causing chronic rejection. I am not having the best of health and been in the hospital 2 seperate times in September and going back Friday October 18 . The new battle has just begun. I have to travel 1 hour back and forth from Penn Medicine. My wife and mother stay at the gift of life house when available to save on driving. The main reason for the go fund me is gas and room and board it has become a heavy price. I was hoping with a few simple donations will alleviate some of the burden of cost. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for anything you can provide.
