Afghan Women Learning Against the Odds

We are a group of Afghan girls and women who, despite many difficulties, continue to work hard for education and a better future. In Afghanistan, woman are forbidden to pursue education past sixth grade, but we have not given up. We study online and help each other to learn. We believe that every woman has the right to an education and to live with dignity. We stand together, we are proud of one another, and we are the voice for women everywhere who cannot speak freely. We are a family full of hope, support, and the dream of change.

Our mission is to ignite the power within every woman — no matter where she is—to lead with purpose, speak with courage, and build a tomorrow where she is free to learn, grow, and lead. We believe that even in the darkest places, a single empowered woman can spark a revolution of change. Your support will give Afghan women access to education, hope, and opportunity.

• Provide fees for college applications and required exams (e. g. TOEFL)

• Provide internet data and devices for women who cannot afford them

• Create free educational materials

• Offer online English, math, and science

Many women are able to win scholarships, but cannot join a university because they cannot show they have funds for living expenses. Your contribution can help them overcome this obstacle.
