Hello! My name is Scuba and I am looking to raise funds to start a climber focused campground near Rumbling Bald. As a long time climber and traveler, the distinct lack of nearby, affordable lodging has always bothered me. Especially with such incredible rock, hundreds of world class boulder problems and routes, it's a shame there is nowhere nearby to overnight camp or park for extended sessions and visits to the bald. I Want to open a campground and hostel that caters to those seeking more time on the rock, and less time driving searching for a parking lot, or paying well over a hundred a night for a hotel. I want to provide a safe space for folks to stay, meetup, and have a way to give back to the community that has helped me so much in my life.
