Heyy!! My name is Jade, i’m 17 years old and born with a genetic condition that affects the enamel on my teeth. I have Amelogenesis imperfecta (AI), this makes my teeth extremely brittle, weak, sensitive, yellow and small. Unfortunately, I have a severe form of this condition which means that I don’t have any enamel and my teeth are often in pain.

Currently, I have composite crowns for some of my teeth that i’ve had since I was 12. These need to be replaced as they aren’t permanent. My replacement will be zirconia crowns which will be permanent and will last until i’m around 50 years old!! This procedure will cost $60,000 and will take place over a couple months.
