Hi, my name is Xavi and I am a US Navy veteran trans man living in Chicago!

I am starting this fundraiser to ask for support in my top surgery journey and procedure, an essential step to helping me feel at home in my body.

Taking this step is big for me, as I have been taking testosterone for over 3 years now, working towards my body euphoria by eating right, working out, and losing over 60 lbs!

To continue on this journey safely, I have consulted with a doctor and have an attainable goal now.

This surgery isn’t cosmetic—it’s affirming, necessary, and life-changing. It will significantly improve my mental health, comfort, and overall quality of life. After a lot of reflection, planning, and courage, I’m finally in a place where this step is within reach—but the financial burden is more than I can manage alone.

The funds raised will go directly toward surgery costs, medical fees, travel, recovery supplies, and time off for healing.
