AFE homeschoolers are spending this semester studying plays and are excited by the opportunity to take their learning to the next level by visiting the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland this April! We plan to attend two professional plays that we studied in depth (Rent and Romeo + Juliet) and participate in a variety of workshops. Your donation will make this trip a reality for all of our students. This money will help cover the transportation, hotel, and ticket costs.

AFE (Alternative Family Education) is a public homeschool program in Santa Cruz City School district. Our high schoolers are brilliant, creative, thoughtful, and justice-minded. Help us make this amazing learning experience a reality for them!

If we raise more money than our goal, we will invite Santa Cruz Shakespeare's fantastic education program to do a workshop with us titled Social Justice Shakespeare. We would love to learn from their actors!
