Manuel needs heart surgery

This go fund me is for my friend Manuel.
He is the grounds keeper and maintence man at my condo complex and has been for many years. He has worked hard all his life and is now in urgent need of heart surgery.
In Mexico they do have national health which covers most of the costs but there are many other related costs that are not covered, like transportation to the city where the surgery will be performed, hotel room the night before, post surgery rehab and other costs which total around 36,000 MX pesos which translates to about $2000.USD.
I know $ 2000 usd doesn't sound like a lot for heart surgery but for someone like Manuel here in Mexico it is prohibitive.
