My son Justin was in a very serious car accident on 11/26/25 the night before Thanksgiving day. He was the front passenger of the vehicle. Justin was ejected from that vehicle further into the woods where he was found. He sustained a brain injury and bleed, a broken neck, and several broken ribs, a lung injury, broken wrist, and a large wound that has exposed ligaments, tendons, and blood vessels and had to have surgery on that. He will need to have skin graphing done at some point in the future. Justin was put into ICU where he continues to be treated. Justin has pneumonia and he had sepsis. He has had 3 surgeries thus so far and 3 chest tubes due to the bleeding in his chest cavity. Justin is experiencing a lot of confusion, hallucinations, behavioral issues all due to his traumatic brain injury. Justin will be a long term patient in both the hospital and rehab. Justin will not be able to work for a very long time due to his serious injuries and rehabilitation. He will have no income to sustain himself financially or to pay all of the large amounts of medical bills after the insurance pays their share. This will be a huge impact financially on him and his family. No matter the amount that is donated will be a blessing to him.
