A $50,000 Gift Has Been Made — Will You Help Us Match It?

We are honored to share that Aethelflaed | A New Opera has received a transformational $50,000 gift from Oscar winning actress Ellen Burstyn, who is an executive producer and a strong believer of this project. Now we need your help to match this donation in support of our final goal - a fully staged premiere production in 2027.

This October, we're taking the show on the road on a multi-venue recital tour. This will include two weeks of programming across historic spaces where Aethelflaed lived, fought, and died. This tour is designed to:
