Hello there…
I'm Aeryn Saint, and I'm asking for your help to complete a journey that began decades ago when cancer tried to take pieces of me - both literally and figuratively.
At 60 years old, I've spent years living with the physical and emotional aftermath of cancer treatment that left my chest permanently altered on one side. While I'm grateful to be a survivor, I've carried the weight of this dysphoria every single day, feeling like my body tells a story that isn't fully mine.
The good news?
In late February, I have the opportunity to travel to and relocate in Portland, Oregon for breast augmentation and post-cancer chest reconstruction surgery.
This isn't about vanity.
It's about finally feeling whole in my own skin after decades of feeling like cancer left its mark on more than just my body.
As a transgender woman living on disability income while studying for my counseling certificate, the $3,600 I need for surgery, travel, and recovery equipment feels like an impossible mountain. But I'm hoping that with your help, I can finally close this chapter of my life.
Your donation will go directly toward:
• Surgery and reconstruction post op supplies
• Travel & relocation to Portland
• Recovery equipment and supplies
• Additional medications and surgical garment during recovery
Every contribution, whether $5 or $50, brings me closer to finally feeling at home in my own body.
As someone who's dedicated my life to helping others through counseling, I'm asking for help to heal myself so I can continue helping others heal.
Thank you for being part of my recovery story.
With strength and gratitude,
Aeryn Saint
