Hello, my name is Aeron. I'm a 30 year old Transman in need of major dental work.

Two weeks ago, part of my back molar broke off. you can see it in the x-ray; the one that's just the roots pretty much. I had a dental appointment this past week where we discovered several pressing issues and decided different treatment options with the original cost for everything being only around $17,200USD.

However, the day after my exam, the majority of one of my front tooth (12) that I had plans to save, broke off.

Since then, my health has been on the decline in every way. My mental health has tanked as it is an extremely stressful ordeal. And due to the stress levels I'm under, I'm suffering from more frequent migraines and nausea. Eating is hard for me both mentally and physically. I am also worried about a noted infection under one of my teeth. I'm scared of it progressing and getting worse.

In my photos, I have included the original bill for each part of the treatment plan. I'm unsure how they'll want to handle the newly ruptured tooth, but they had already suggested extraction before it was ruptured like this. It is likely that it will need to be removed and have a bone graft as well. My changes to the bill total are my own math, based on their prices included for extraction, bone graft, and implants, for the newly ruptured tooth.

Each part of this process will be expensive as you can see. But, each part can be done in different times. At the moment, getting the implants is not a primary concern. They are something I would genuinely like to do, but I want to focus on the core health issues. Which is the removal and bone graft of the teeth circled in red and the fixing of the teeth circled in blue.

This is a long term goal for me. I want to be able to eat, and not have so many migraines from stress. I want to be able to smile again without shame or fear that someone will mock me. I want to have my health back.
